The Tahoe Pad Money

Costs:
The Pad will run us $1800.00 per month, plus cleaning fees, and snow removal. The $1800.00 covers rent, the hottub, and all utilities (calbe ~$45 per month). We have also decided to have a our neighbor Dan plow our driveway following big dumps of snow. He charges $20 dollars per plow. The monthly total will be added up and divided by the number of lease members 11. In addition to your portion of the total, the guest fees for your guests will be added to your bill.

Guests:
A few words about guests. First off, you are completely responsible for your guests! They are not to be staying at the house with out you. You don't need to be babysitting, but don't send them up there without you. Secondly, You are responsible for listing your guests on the Calendar. This is how we keep track of them being there and you getting charged for them. Because each leasee will be charged for their own guests, it is our responsibility to figure out whos guest is whos and to collect money from them. Say, Dave and Klaus invite Halle Berry up for the weekend, and she is friends with both of them, they need to decide whos guest she is, and who will collect the money from her. Then that person lists Halle as thier guest on the calendar. Easy enough!

Payment Instructions:
PayPal: Paypal can be used to make payments. however, if you use PayPal there will be a $10 charge added to the payment (that you need to cover). This is just how PayPal works for us. PayPal payments can be made at www.paypal.com to the account dklemesrud@hilltopfinancial.com.

Mailing: The other payment option is to mail your checks to Daniel Klemesrud at Daniel Klemesrud Hilltop Financial Mortgage 2000 Powell Street Suite 1205 Emeryville, CA 94608. Mailed payments are due by the 25th of the previous month. This allows Daniel enough time to cash the checks and make our payment. If there are problems with late payments, a penalty fee will be assessed. however, let's not put this added burden on Daniel, he's doing us a big favor by taking the responisbility of handeling the rent for us. One option is to just give him several post dated checks all up front. That will eliminate the need to mail checks every month.
