Dr. Manfred MacKeben Awarded Lifetime Achievement Award in Low Vision Research

Congratulations to Dr. Manfred MacKeben! On May 6, 2015, he received Envision's Lifetime Achievement Award in Low Vision Research at ARVO's Low Vision Research Group meeting. Envision presents this award from time-to-time to a researcher who has made a lifetime of outstanding, creative and important contributions to low vision research. Envision recognized Dr. MacKeben for his expert work in low vision and eccentric viewing research and macular perimetry tests for assessing binocular visual fields. This entrepreneurial and impactful work, has extended well beyond the laboratory.
