Join us for November’s support group on Zoom for a conversation about the tools, technologies, and daily practices that support independence and well-being.
This month’s meeting:
- Share your experiences with apps and devices
- Explore creative ways to use your phone’s camera and accessibility features
- Reflect on what has been helpful, or challenging, in your daily routines
We’ll also talk about staying connected, building your personal wellness toolbox, finding activities that bring joy, and exploring resources such as audiobooks, community groups, and occupational therapy services.
Whether you want to listen, learn, or contribute your own ideas, all are welcome!
