Abstract
Joseph Retherford, author of Blind Courage, lost his sight in a hunting accident but feels it has been one of the better things that has happened to him. He shares what he did to overcome and how a positive mindset can help motivate to move on and enjoy life.
The Low Vision Support Group meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 3 pm. The meetings are held at Smith-Kettlewell, which is located at 2318 Fillmore Street in San Francisco. There is no cost and everyone is welcome to attend.
