Comcast VoiceEdge How it Works

Abstract:

As all of you now know, on Wed June 14th, SKERI will be changing phone systems from the

current NorTel Meridian to Comcast VoiceEdge. In order to accommodate everyone's schedules,

we will be holding two sessions in the next few days.

Please join us when you can. The first ten minutes of each brown Bag will cover the basics:

placing calls, receiving calls, setting up your outgoing voicemail, and retrieving your voicemail.

If you wish to stay after the first ten minutes, you will learn about more advanced functions.

We have also updated both the Wiki
